Indoor Walking Group's
Join us at our Indoor Walking Groups located in Markdale and Flesherton! Offered to anyone who would like to increase their weekly physical activity and stay out of the elements. We encourage walkers to go at their own pace and have fun! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Walk continuously or take breaks in the offered chairs. If you're looking to add more intensity to the walk, enjoy the various fitness stations setup around the room.
We would like to thank the local municipalities, Grey Highlands, and Southgate for sharing the space provided for these programs.
Markdale 2024 Hours
Mondays 11:00am - 12:00pm
Located at the Centre Grey Recreation Complex (Markdale Arena) - 75 Walker Street, Markdale
On the 2nd floor, elevator available.
Flesherton 2024 Hours
Fridays 10:00am - 11:00am
Located at the Flesherton Kinplex - 2 Highland Drive, Flesherton
Dundalk (Currently on Hold)
There is no current Walking Group in session for Dundalk. If you or someone you know is interested in this program and are located in the Dundalk area, please contact us!
