We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make our 1st Annual SEGCHC Golf Tournament Presented by Chapman’s a great success! We rely on the help of our golfers, volunteers, friends, staff and sponsors to thrive and this was a great demonstration of our community coming together to create something special.
We are pleased to say that we raised $25,000 for the launch of our Cardiac Rehab Program!
We are always working towards increasing the quality of health care in our community.
