The South East Grey Community Health Centre provides the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce space in our Markdale location to offer their programs and services to local community members.

Brain stimulating activities offered each week in person and on Zoom.
Minds in Motion
Combining physical activity and mental stimulation, Minds in Motion® unfolds to laughter and chatter, with new friendships forming and stories being shared.
Active Living Grey Bruce - website base program
A program that provides daily activities to help keep your mind and body active and engaged. Enjoy a variety of fun and stimulating activities. https://activelivinggreybruce.org/
