Community Pantry
Welcome to the Community Pantry!
The Community Pantry offers access to free non-perishable foods, fresh produce, frozen meals prepared by volunteers, and select personal and household items to those who may need assistance or struggle with food insecurity.
Food rescue is a big part of our Community Pantry. We work alongside Second Harvest and O-ShAre to rescue food from local grocery stores that is still good, and help to stop it from ending up in landfills and reduce greenhouse gases. This food is then redirected to our community members to ensure everyone has access to healthy food.
Our talented and trained volunteers help us by using some of the rescued food to turn it into nutritious and delicious frozen meals. These meals are then placed in our Community Pantry freezer for community members to access pre-made meals!
