Diabetes Education
Diabetes Grey Bruce provides outreach at our Markdale site each month. They provide support for people living with prediabetes or diabetes, one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices.
