Morning Beginner Yoga
Yoga/Tai Chi instructor led. Basic introductory yoga class. Poses shown will build strength and improve flexibility, balance and range of motion. Learn how to modify poses for your fitness level. Each class ends with a guided relaxation to promote stress relief and reduce blood pressure. Ideal for everybody.
