Yoga is led by a live instructor that focuses on learning the basic poses and techniques of Hatha Yoga.  By the end of the program you will be completing a complete hatha yoga class.   

Poses shown will build strength and improve flexibility, balance and range of motion.  Learn how to modify poses for your fitness level. Each class ends with a guided relaxation to promote stress relief and reduce blood pressure.  Ideal for everybody.
