Yoga


All of our Yoga programs are led by a live instructor that focuses on learning the basic poses and techniques of Yoga! The poses shown will build strength and improve flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Learn how to modify poses for your fitness level. Each class ends with a guided relaxation to promote stress relief and reduce blood pressure.

Registration is required for all new participants.

  • Online Yoga - Mondays from 9:30am - 10:30am via Zoom

    Join us for gentle Yoga in the comfort of your own home! Follow our Instructor Claire as she guides you through the movements and poses on Zoom. Contact us to register for the Zoom link!

  • EasyFlow Yoga - Mondays from 1:30pm - 2:30pm

    Join us in Markdale for EasyFlow Yoga with Instructor Lori, gentle movements and poses for all experience levels - go at your own pace! Due to space limitations, a signup system is in place that allows participants to reserve a space in the class. Contact us to register or to learn more!

  • Yoga - Tuesdays from 9:00am - 10:00am

    Visit us at Yoga on Tuesdays to enjoy a calming session of Yoga with Instructor Claire. All experience levels are welcome. Due to space limitations, a signup system is in place that allows participants to reserve a space in the class. Contact us to register or to learn more!

  • Chair Yoga - Fridays from 10:00am - 11:00am

    Do you have mobility or balance issues but still want to enjoy Yoga? Join us at Chair Yoga to learn the movements and poses with the support of a chair! Instructed by Lori. All experience levels welcome! No signup system is in place, but registration is required.
