This program is for young women attending Grey Highlands Secondary School. The program is a mix of circuit training, spin, Pilates, stretching, weight lifting, endurance training and dance.
The program is designed for all skill and fitness levels. The goal is to help students meet daily physical activity recommendations in a fun way!
Location: Runs at Grey Highlands Secondary School on Mondays & Fridays at lunch hour (approx. 11:45-12:20), on regular school days.
Registration: Students should pick up a registration form on Monday or Friday at the Mez (GHSS) and have a parent/guardian sign the form prior to participating.
