Pilates is a system of mind-body exercises, designed to strengthen and elongate muscles and encourages muscle and joint flexibility and mobility. The session will run every Wednesday for 8 weeks. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot by calling Rachel at 519-986-2222 ext. 6375
